Tech Tip: Canvas Notifications

FINALLY NO MORE NOTIFICATIONS EVERY TIME SOME ONE IN ONE OF MY CLASSES POSTS A RESPONSE TO A DISCUSSION!!! Discussion notifications are something that has annoyed me for years now and I knew there was a way to change it I just never had. Something else I turned off was notifications for assignment submission. I turned in the assignment; I know this. Why would I need a notification about this? I'm very excited to stop receiving these notifications. I was surprised how many of the notifications settings just didn't seem relevant to any of my classes but I'm excited that now I'll only get notifications about grades and announcements which are really the only things I need/would like to know about.
