Learning Challenge: Sooner Mental Health

I watched a few of the OU Daily's videos on mental health, I watched the ones with J.D. Baker Jeremiah Stinnett, and Cooper Lund. Watching the videos reminded me that you can't really tell just by looking at some one whether or not they struggle with mental health problems but the effects of those struggles are really draining on the people who experience them. Mental health is a struggle for a lot of people and can affect anyone. I really like what J.D Baker had to say to other people struggling with their mental health so I attached his video below.
