We're at Camp Allen. It's the Place to Be. (My Favorite Place)
Camp Allen is a Episcopal church camp in Navasota, Texas. I have spent at least part of my summer there for the past 13 years. I have made great friends and great memories there. It is a beautiful place that will always be important to me.
Wow, Hannah: 13 years! How great to have been so connected to that place for all those years of growing up. And of course Bible-based projects are a wonderful option for this class; the Biblical heroine Hannah appears in the Bible Women unit in the UnTextbook we use for class: Hannah. You'll be learning all about that next week when the class reading actually gets started. :-)
